Shiloh grew up in Davis and attended local public schools. Their oldest daughter is in first grade at WCS, and their second daughter will be a kindergartner at WCS starting in 2016. Shiloh and Samantha have been married since 2004 and have four daughters. Samantha has since "retired" to be a full-time mom, but she is frequently seen taking pictures at school events. Shortly thereafter he got involved in coaching at WCS and was the varsity boys' basketball coach for two seasons.
